The location was EXCELLENT! Front desk staff was very polite. All one had to do was leave the termini and the hotel was maybe 100 meters from the termini! Clean room. The AC worked great and considering it was a furnace in Rome we really appreciated the coolness. The room was nicely refurbished too. IT WAS SOUND PROOF. The bathroom was incredibly difficult to maneuver. I'm thin too. The bidet took up way too much room and one had to contort to get from the shower to the sink. There was mold behind the soap dispenser. We had no coverlet on the bed, and had to ask for one. The safe.... we had to laugh. There was a safe alright but it wasn't attached to anything and it weighed maybe 15 lbs. Hence it wasn't useable. I brought that to the front desk's attention. For the price and location, we feel we got a bargain. Even in Rome. We only stayed 2 days on our way to Umbria, and that's why we chose this location. PS...Rome was a filthy dirty mess. HOT as HELL! FULL of graffiti even on the beautiful ancient monuments. Very disappointing. ON the fence about ever going back, and if I do it'll be in early spring or late fall. Don't know what happened to that once great place to visit. DO NOT GO IN THE SUMMER UNLESS YOU HAVE TO!

The hotel electricity got cut multiple time during day and night each takes more than half an hour’s to come back and this was in the middle of July , we were experiencing about 40 degrees and the hotel didn’t take any responsibility what so ever no compensation and the only things we get was a meaningless sorry when we checked out .

This has been the worst, most unaccomdating, uncomfortable place I have ever been to. The hotel receptionist sits behind a glass wall like a gas station attendant and never even looked up. I said hello, how are you. His reply was "Not good, things could be better". Then told me.your room is not ready, it was 2:30 in the afternoon. When I got to the room 3 hours later, no towels... no.soap, no conditioner, no shampoo, no iron, nothing. The place is filthy, the shower has no water pressure and drips cold water. I called reception to ask for towels and soap... was told sorry there is.only 1 peraon working here. In the morning, the maid came at 10 AM and literally forces us out of the room. If she can't service now, she told us, she wont come back. I don't understand the sense of urgency as they clearly do not clean or provide amenities. Absolutely awful. Would not stay here for free. Even if they paid me, I wouldn't stay here

My daughter and I had a really nice room. White sheets, clean washroom, fluffy towels, Most importantly we were very comfortable. The staff was great, super helpful and ready to attend our needs. Amazing front desk experience. Bed was super comfy. Close to Roma Termini.

Ok hotel near the terminal. Easy to walk around to places in Rome. Very small reception and no minibar. The bed was ok. Very small bathroom and difficult to wash the hair beacause it was so slow wather in the shower.
